Eligibility Criteria
The following lists the requirements for eligibility for the various Group C and D positions under the SVSU in various terms.
- Personal Secretary:
- Education: 50% grades in a bachelor’s degree, computer savvy
- Five years or more of experience as a personal assistant
- Proficiency: Shorthand 45 wpm of typing at 120 wpm.
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
2. Senior Level Scribe:
- Education: 50% on the graduation exam
- Three years of experience in a public or government role
- Proficiency: Shorthand 30 wpm of typing at 100 wpm.
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
3. Officer of Sanitation:
- Education: B.Pharmacy or B.Sc. with 50%
- Experience: Five years of experience and a one-year diploma in health and sanitation inspection
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
4. Clerk/Clerk-in-charge/DEO:
- Education: Graduate; English typing speed of 30 words per minute;
- Computer application proficiency;
- Maximum age: 42 years
5. Health Care Provider:
- Education: 50% on the 10+2 exam
- Two years of experience as a medical attendant
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
6. Rehabilitator:
- Education: Matric pass with five years of peon experience
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
7. Stereo-typist:
- Education: Graduate with 80 wpm shorthand and 20 wpm typing.
- Skills: 8000 keys per hour word processing speed;
- Age: 42 years old maximum
8. Attendant at the Library:
- Education: Diploma or certificate in library science, passed the 12th grade
- Age Restrictions: 42 years
9. Tracker:
- Education: Matriculation with two years of experience in job tracking
- Age restriction: maximum age of 42
10. Plumber:
- Qualifications: Matric with ITI Plumbing Certificate
- Age Limit: 42 Years; Experience: 2 Years in Plumbing; Hostel Attendant:
- Education: Two years of experience and a 10+2 pass

11. Carpenter:
- Education: Completed high school with an ITI certificate in carpentry;

Selection Process
The candidates need to attend entrance exam. There will be following kinds of test:-

- Skill test
- Also, the submitted documents were be verification
- Medical test, where you medical condition will be checked
The examination will be taken in OMR sheet and there wil be no negative marking. Candidates, who answer highest number of question correctly, will pass the written test. If the candidates pass all the test, he/she will get selected.
